All products sold from ColorDrives.com will be covered by our warranty program.  We guaranteed 6 month limited time warranty on all electronics, cables, and more.  We will project your investment purchase at ColorDrives.com

We do accept all returns for any reasons without any questions ask. All returns must be authorized by Colordrives.com within 21 days from the invoice's date except OEM Products. All RMA must have a valid RMA number to process your return.   Please note that all change of minds will be responsible for restocking fee of 20%.

Steps to RMA your merchandise for Aftermarket Products

1. Contact our customer service via Return Merchandise Authrization Form or email us at return@colordrives.com

2. Please fill out the form including the reason for the request for an RMA or Exchange.

3. Please wait up to two or three days to receive your RMA number.

4. Send the merchandise with your RMA number posted on your package.

5. Please wait up to 7 days to receive your full or partial refunds.
